You also agree to, and accept that the Terms and Conditions may change without notice. Please read these Terms and Conditions each time you contact us, or make a purchase.
You can simply place an order through the website, and we will contact you to confirm details, or you can send us an email with the preferred items, and we can supply you with an invoice. Another option is to order directly through a Party Plan, or Personal Consultation.
Please include all correct contact details in your order, so we can contact you to confirm your order, and send you an invoice and receipt if required. Please double-check that your information is correct before placing the order, especially ensuring that your postal address, measurements, styles, and colour descriptions you have provided are correct. We cannot be held responsible, liable, or expected to offer a refund or exchange if the information provided by you is inaccurate, resulting in receiving an incorrect item, or if the item is returned to us due to an incorrect postal address.
All custom-made items and special orders are requested to be processed at least 12 weeks in advance (24 weeks is recommended), to ensure that there is enough time to make/order them, and deliver them to you, so you can arrange any necessary changes or alterations if required. We will not be held responsible or liable for delays, alterations, differences, or variation in stock, if sufficient time is not provided.
If you order your item less than 12 weeks in advance, then it is considered to be a rush order, and a 10% surcharge is payable, as we are required to work harder to meet your deadline. We can accept orders up to 4 weeks before you require them, however we will not be liable or responsible for any delays.
If you are ordering a custom-made item from a photo that you have provided, please ensure that you send us a clear and detailed photo, showing all beading and design-work, and advise us of the material, colour, beading type, and any other intricate details. Our dressmakers are very experienced and will choose the material for you, according to what the material looks like in the photo, if you have not specified the type of material. We cannot be held responsible, liable, or be expected to provide a refund or exchange if you have not provided us with enough information at the time of ordering, or have not accurately described the material, or been explicitly clear with any changes that need to be made.
Please ensure that you provide us with accurate measurements for Custom-Size custom-made items, and ensure that you are wearing the correct undergarments and shoes when measuring. If you order a Standard Size custom-made item, ensure that you choose the appropriate size closest to your measurements. An independent Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" Representative may be able to help you with your measurements, however it is your (the buyers) responsibility to have the measurements double-checked by a professional. It is recommended that you use a qualified seamstress to take your measurements or to check your measurements, as further alterations are at the buyer's expense. Having a lace-up back will provide some room for slight weight changes or measurement variations, however shoulder to hem (length of the dress) may vary depending on the way the person is standing when being measured, whether a petticoat will be worn, whether weight changes have occurred since the measurement was taken, and whether there are differences between a person's body shape compared to the mannequin that the dress is being made from. If you have chosen a ball-gown with petticoat, generally an average of 2.5" is added to the length of a dress to compensate for a petticoat, however in some cases there may be a slight variation of a few centimetres, which may cause the dress to be slightly too long, or too short (rarely occurs). This is usually not a problem, and can be compensated by altering the petticoat width, or changing shoe height (please Contact Us for specific details). For Custom-Size custom-made items, if the measurements are taken correctly, and you have a fairly normal body shape, then the item should fit perfectly, and alterations should not be required. In rare cases however, alterations may be required for both Custom-Size, or Standard Size items, and by ordering, you accept that further alterations are at the buyers expense.
We only keep a small amount of custom-made items in-stock, as many people prefer to have their gowns, suits, and shoes custom-made to their own measurements, in their own choice of colour and material. Please keep in mind that there are 100's of different colours and materials available for you to choose from, and you can have almost any item made to your requested colours, materials, and measurements.
After your purchase, please provide us with feedback via email, that we can use for our Testimonials. We really love and appreciate your comments.
If you are under 18 years of age, please obtain parental/guardian consent before you make an order. If you are under 18 and place an order successfully, you confirm that you have had parental/guardian consent.
Stock Availability and Images
Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" have legally purchased, or been given written permission by the distributors/manufacturers/dressmakers to use the stock images found on this site. We recognise that our distributors/manufacturers/dressmakers own the rights and copyright to the stock images, and they legally have the authority to provide permission for us to use the stock images. No image on this site, or images provided to you, may be copied, reproduced, manipulated, or sold without our written permission. If you have any concerns regarding the use of the images, please Contact Us.
Due to a high volume of customer purchases, and fast turnaround with our suppliers, there may be a small chance that an item is sold-out before the website is updated. If this is the case, we will endeavour to back-order this item for you, and send it to you as soon as we can (usually within 1-5 weeks). We will notify you via email or phone if this is the case, or if there is a delay. If items become totally unavailable or sold out due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be given the option of selecting an alternative item, or receive a full refund on the amount paid. Custom-made items are generally available at all times, and therefore they usually do not sell out or become unavailable.
Stock is constantly changing, and some items may only be available in a particular colour or size. If you see an item that you would like, however it isn't available in your size or colour, please Contact Us and we will attempt to source this for you. We can keep you updated on our efforts if you choose.
Due to monitor differences, and differences in materials, weaving, and dyes, there may be slight differences in colour and texture of the item, compared to the images shown on the website, to the colour swatches, and to items you may have seen, or tried on in stores. Please allow for slight variations in product colours and materials, as this is not an error, and is beyond our control. Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" ask you to carefully check the description of the colour of the item you are ordering, as there are a variety of colours to choose from. Actual items may vary slightly to what is shown, and a similar item may be substituted. We do not accept responsibility or liability for incorrect choices, or slight colour or texture variances in material. Keeping this in mind, it is recommended that you order your items together, to ensure that the materials used, are from the same batch of material, and will therefore minimise colour differences. If you are ordering a custom-made item from a photo that you have provided (either a photo of an item that you have collected from the internet or elsewhere, or a photo of a dress that you have seen, or tried on in a store), please ensure that you send us a clear photo which shows any beading, embroidery, or other intricate details clearly, and advise us of the material, colour, beading, and any other requirements. Our dressmaker is very experienced and will choose the material for you, according to what the material looks like in the photo, if you have not specified the material. All unfamiliar gowns will be created as per what the dressmaker can see in the photos provided. We cannot be held responsible, liable, or be expected to provide a refund or exchange if you have not provided us with enough information at the time of ordering, or clear enough images showing the detailing, which results in a gown that is different to what you may have wanted, or what you tried on in a store. Please keep in mind that exact replications of an item that the dressmaker has never seen or touched, is going to be very difficult, however they will do their best to re-create what they can see from the photos that you have provided, without breaching copyright laws.
If you are ordering a custom-made item and wish to change certain aspects of it (such as the design, material, colour, adding or removing a train, beading, or any other changes different to the photo), please ensure that you provide very clear instructions, and send us photos indicating the changes if possible. This ensures that we know exactly what you are asking for in the first instance. Changes half-way through the creation of a custom-made item may not be possible, or they may be subject to a fee. If you receive photo confirmation of a custom-made item that you have ordered, and you decide to make changes which are different to the original request, a fee will be charged. We cannot be held liable or responsible, or expected to provide a refund or exchange if any alterations are required, or if your wishes have not been made clear to us in the first instance, resulting in changes requiring to be made, or resulting in a different item to what you pictured in your mind. Further alterations of the items are at the buyers expense.
In regards to images of items that you wish for us to make replicas or copies for you, due to copyright reasons, as well as differences in material, beading, and handiwork, we are unable to guarantee or provide an exact 100% copy of an item, from a picture that you provide. We are able to provide an item that is extremely similar to a photo that you provide (90% the same), which stays true to the line of the item, and with similar embellishments, however please expect slight variations in style, materials, beading, lace, embroidery, and bead patterns, to ensure that breeches of copyright are not made. It is also impossible to make 100% copies of other designs, as the dressmakers simply do not have exactly the same materials and patterns as the original designs. All of our custom-made work is unique, so no 2 items will be exactly the same, so you can rest assured that your item is a one-of-a-kind, which adds more value to your item as opposed to bulk lots that look exactly the same. We cannot be held liable or responsible, or expected to provide a refund or exchange if the item you have ordered is not exactly the same as the original photo that you have provided. We do however, guarantee that the items that we have listed and shown on our website, are photos of the original items, so therefore you will receive that exact item that you purchase from our website (although custom-made items will have slight variations due to unique detailing, beading, and handiwork).
We provide the option of Custom-Size custom-made items (for a small fee), or Standard Sizes for our gowns, suits, and shoes. Please ensure that you measure yourself carefully (we recommend that a professional seamstress does this for you), and ensure that you are wearing the correct undergarments and shoes when measuring. In rare cases, alterations may be required for Custom-Size, or Standard Size items (usually in regards to length, or if a petticoat is required), and by ordering, you accept that this is at the buyers expense. The buyer is also required to source their own alterations. Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" cannot be held responsible or liable, or expected to provide a refund or exchange if the measurements have been inaccurately taken, or if the item doesn't fit correctly, is too long or too short, or doesn't suit your body shape. Please allow an adequate amount of time for alterations if required.
All custom-made items and special orders are requested to be processed at least 12 weeks in advance (24 weeks is recommended). We accept orders up until 4 weeks before being required, however we will not be responsible or liable for any delays, alterations required, differences, or variance in stock.
All preloved gowns are managed by the respective sellers. Sellers are responsible for advising Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" when their item has been sold. Lingerie and Gowns âDreamsâ do not accept responsibility for the inaccuracy of the images or details provided by the seller, nor accept responsibility for the item being sold. All communication and orders for preloved gowns is to be with the seller as advised.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices include GST, and are in Australian dollars ($AU).

If paying by Paypal (using your Paypal funds, Visa, or Mastercard), please ensure that the payment is sent to admin@lingerieandgowns.com.au. We will not be held responsible or liable for any errors made via PayPal, so please double-check your details to ensure that they are correct. We reserve the right to cancel your order if payment is not received within 5 business days. Please advise us when you have made payment.
If paying by cheque/money order, please ensure you put your details (name, invoice number, phone number, email) on the back of the cheque/money order, so we can track where it has come from. Please make the cheque/money order payable to "Lingerie and Gowns". We cannot reimburse you if you send a cheque/money order for more than the cost of the products. We recommend that you post cheques/money orders via traceable mail, as we will not be held responsible if the cheque/money order goes missing. Please send cheque/money order as soon as possible to confirm your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order if payment is not received within 5 business days. Please advise us when you have made payment.
Please Contact Us for bank details if you would like to pay via Bank Deposit or Bank Transfer, and ensure that you leave your name or invoice number as the reference. We will not be held responsible or liable for any errors made via Bank Deposits or Transfers, so please double-check your details to ensure that they are correct. We reserve the right to cancel your order if payment is not received within 5 business days. Please advise us when you have made payment.
You may pay cash in person by prior arrangement with an independent Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams Representative.
If you are under 18 years of age, please obtain parental/guardian consent before you order and pay for an item. Please ensure that you obtain permission from the cardholder, or bank account holder to use their card or account before making payment. Lingerie and Gowns âDreamsâ are not responsible or liable to refund money due to incorrect usage of a card or account.
Please note, it may take a day or two until the payment clears through Paypal and Bank Deposit, and up to a week via cheque.
Please Contact Us if you would like to pay via any other means. Also please let us know if you have any payment issues, and we can establish a flexible payment option for you.
We reserve the right to adjust prices of garments, and change stock on the site without notice.
Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" Head Office may offer quotes for products from time-to-time. These quotes are valid for 7 days only, at the set price provided. If payment is made within that 7 days from the date of the quote, then the set price remains, provided that no changes are made to the order. If payment is made after 7 days, or changes are made to the order, or a considerable amount of time has passed since the quote has been issued, Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" reserve the right to adjust prices if required. It is advised that new quotes are obtained if payment hasn't been made within 7 days of receiving the quote. Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" reserve the right to adjust prices if an error has been made in the quote.
Various promotions and special offers will be listed on this site. They may be subject to conditions such as minimum charges, minimum numbers, and size limits, and may be subject to confirmed payment. If you receive a complementary (free) gift or item through a special promotion, and then wish to cancel or exchange your item, the free item may be required to be returned at the buyerâs expense, or else money will be withheld to cover the cost of the item. We have the right to change promotions without notice.
Competitors and Price Matching
Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" already offer the lowest prices in our industry in Australia. If you happen to find a product the same or similar to what we are advertising, but at a lower price, please Contact Us, and tell us where you saw the item, and how much it was, and we may be able to price-match it, or price-beat it. Conditions include: we must be able to source the item ourselves, the total price (including postage, customs charges, and other fees and charges by the competitor) will be taken into account, and we reserve the right to refuse to price-match or beat the price if the advertised prices are unrealistic or result in Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" making a loss. Please keep in mind that we only use the best suppliers, and will never consider using a cheaper alternative, just to cut costs. Therefore we may not be able to match the same prices as some International competitors, who may use inferior and cheaper materials.
We have magnificent dressmakers who we use to create our custom-made items, such as gowns, suits, shoes, and bags. If you find an item on a competitors website that we don't have listed, please send the photo and description of the colours and materials used, and we will aim to provide a FREE competitive quote for you. Conditions include: we must be able to source the item ourselves, the total price (including postage, customs charges, and other fees and charges by the competitor) will be taken into account, and we reserve the right to refuse to price-match or beat the price if the advertised prices are unrealistic or result in Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" making a loss. Once again, we won't use inferior products, materials, or suppliers to cut costs
Lingerie and Gowns âDreamsâ sell brands such as Dreamgirl, Electric Lingerie, Hustler, Rene Rofe, Elegant Moments, Sensual Mystique, Shirley of Hollywood, Coquette, Penthouse, Espiral, Darque, Benjamin Walk (Touch Ups, Johnathan Kayne, Liz Rene Couture), Dyeables, and other brands, and generally have access to purchase all stock. We also have many connections in the industry, and are therefore able to find just about anything you require, at a better price. If you see an item advertised elsewhere, and you wish for us to source it for you, please Contact Us and let us know where you saw the item, name of item/description, cost, and a photo if available, and we will attempt to obtain this item for you at a better price. Lingerie and Gowns reserve the right to decline sourcing a product if the advertised item is not in stock or available, if the advertised prices are unrealistic, or result in Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" making a loss.
Our price-matching and price-beating offer is a special service provided by Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" to their valued and loyal customers, as we take pride in our service, and wish to meet your needs and requirements, all the time, every time.
Party Plans and Personal Consultations
Party Plan and Personal Consultation Payment: A minimum of 50% deposit for all ordered items is payable during the party or consultation (or within 7 days from the booking), to secure your orders at the set price provided. In some cases, the independent Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" Representative may request 75%-100% of payment for items, due to a minority of non-payers. If payment is made within 7 days, the price of the item will not change, unless changes are made to the order post-payment. If payment has not been made within 7 days, we reserve the right to alter prices or cancer the order if necessary. If a deposit has been made for an item, we will advise you when the product has arrived at Head Office, and we expect that the final balance is paid within 7 days of notification. We reserve the right to cancel an order, and void the deposit, if we have provided you with sufficient notification that the item has arrived, and have not received payment, or any contact from you within 3 months of the initial contact. In saying this, it is the buyers responsibility to notify us of any changes in details, so we can ensure that our contact details that we have for you, are correct. We reserve the right to cancel an order, and void the deposit, if you have not kept us up-to-date with your contact details, and if we haven't heard from you within 3 months of the initial attempt to contact you. If you have difficulty paying on time, please Contact Us and we will attempt to arrange a suitable payment plan method to meet your needs. We appreciate your honesty in this regard.
Party Plan Rewards (Party Plans only): The Party Plan Host will receive a free gift, shopping dollars, and discounts depending on how much money is spent, on the condition that there are 3 or more buying guests, with a minimum total Party spend of $300. Please see the Party Plans and Consultations page, for the current list of Party Plan Host benefits. The total Party spend includes money spent at the party, as well as orders from those who could not make the party. Orders must be confirmed and deposits paid for, within 7 days of the Party, if they are going to be added to the Hostâs total. Any shopping dollars or discounts not used will be forfeited, and the discounts cannot be transferred to another person. The 20% discounts are per-item only, and cannot be pooled together. Shopping dollars cannot be used to pay the balance off a 20% discount item. The Host will receive their discounts once all ordered items have been fully paid for. In most cases, all guests will pay upfront for their orders, and then the Host Discounts will be given on the night. In the case where guests only pay a deposit, the final discounts and benefits will be applied to the Hostâs invoice once full payment has been received from all guests. This means generally, that the Host doesnât have to pay for their items until all guestâs stock is paid for. This ensures that the Host receives the maximum benefits possible. Orders through Personal Consultations are not eligible for Party Plan Rewards, or Host benefits.
Party Plan Delivery: Your independent Lingerie and Gowns âDreamsâ Representative may offer you flexible options regarding receiving the ordered items. One option is to have your ordered items sent directly to the independent Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" Representative, who will then deliver the items to the Party Plan Host at no extra charge (which your Representative might prefer to do, to confirm your satisfaction). Another option is to have all of the items sent from Head Office, straight to the door of the Host, for a $10 administration and postage fee, regardless of the amount spent. The final option is for Head Office to post the items directly to the Party guests for $10 per person, per address, to cover the administration and postage fee, regardless of the size of the items, or the amount spent. Please discuss your preferred option with your independent Lingerie and Gowns âDreamsâ Representative at the time of your booking.
Stock Availability: You will be notified in the rare case that certain items become unavailable after the Party Plan, or if there is delay in delivery. If items become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be given the option of selecting another item instead, or receive a full refund on the amount paid. If you decide on a refund, this means that the Host does not receive any benefits from your transaction, (if you are the 3rd buying guest, this will determine whether the Host receives all of their discounts), however if you opt for selecting another item, the Host will still benefit from your purchase. If an item is not available, we will make every endeavour to find a similar item to substitute it with.

Independent Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" Representatives
Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" have offered incentives to independent entities with an ABN, to run their own independent Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" businesses, under their own independent name. These people have been selected due to their honesty and integrity, and have signed a comprehensive contract, agreeing that they will follow the rules and regulations, and uphold the good name and nature of Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams". It is hereby stated, that these independent Representatives are independent to Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams", and are not employed by, or contracted by Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" in any way, shape, or form. Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" is merely a supplier to these independent entities, so all liability is removed from Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" if you choose to deal with an independent Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" Representative. The Representatives are running their own independent businesses, so purchases made through them, will be billed by them, under their own business names and their own ABN. Refunds, exchanges, payments, and other transactions must be handled by the independent Representative at all times, if you choose to deal with them. Therefore, if you purchase from an independent Representative, you must deal directly with them at all times, and any claims or legal issues that arise, must be dealt directly with the independent Representative. Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" cannot be found liable or negligent for an independent Representative's behaviour, ethic, breach of law, or misconduct, due to the fact that these businesses are independent. If you find that an independent Representative has breached our Code of Conduct, please Contact Us immediately.

Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" will not be held responsible or liable for any purchases made by customers at any time, in particular, those which result in unforeseen circumstances, changes, variance, need for alterations, or delays, or by any purchases made from an independent Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" Representative.
We will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that occur with paying for the goods or for any errors made by customers during the ordering process, or from interference by hackers, viruses, terror, or by other detrimental means.
We will not be held responsible or liable, after goods have been posted, such as if your garments are held in customs, delayed, lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or confiscated due to the laws or customs in your country being different to Australia.
We will not be responsible or liable for any incorrect information or copyright breach from our suppliers, in regards to using product images, or creating custom-made items.
We will not be held responsible or liable for any goods sold within the Preloved Gowns section, as all responsibility and liability for these items is held by the seller.
We will not be held responsible or liable for incorrect navigation of the site by minors, those under 18 years, or sensitive to certain material.
We will not be held responsible or liable for any allergic reactions to any products or materials (such as latex or lubricants).

For orders directly from our website: if the items are being sent to an address within Australia, postage is FREE for orders over $100. For orders under $100, postage is at a flat rate of $10, regardless of the size of the order, or the amount spent. For Party Plan orders: we attempt to deliver the items personally when possible. If your ordered items are sent directly to your independent Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" Representative, who will then deliver the items to the Party Plan Host, then your delivery/postage is FREE. If the Host/Representative requests that all of the items are to be sent from Head Office, straight to the door of the Host, then $10 covers the administration and postage fee, regardless of the size of the order, or the amount spent. If Head Office posts all Party Plan items directly to each guest/customer, postage is $10 per person, per address, to cover the administration and postage fee, regardless of the size of the order, or the amount spent. Please discuss your preferred postage/delivery option with your independent Lingerie and Gowns âDreamsâ Representative. If items are posted, the sender details will be "L&G" to be discrete.
For International orders: please Contact Us before you purchase, so we can give you an accurate shipping method and fee to your country. By ordering from a country other than Australia, you accept that you are held responsible for laws, taxes, and customs that govern your country, and will pay any costs associated with this. In-Stock Products and Special Orders: Lingerie and Gowns âDreamsâ will send your in-stock products to you within the next business day if possible (if purchased before 12pm) once full payment for the items have been received and confirmed. Please allow an extra few days for money orders, cheques, and bank deposits/transfers to clear. If for reasons beyond our control, the item is not currently in stock due to sizing or colour delays, or if the item needs to be specially ordered from our suppliers, or simply because an item was sold before the website was updated, we will endeavour to rush this item to you as soon as it arrives. You will be contacted if the item is no longer available, and offered the option of a credit, exchange, or refund. Please note; due to the large range of products available for purchase, many products are treated as a special order, which means we order as per demand from our suppliers. Please allow 1-5 weeks for delivery if your item is required to be specially ordered for you.
Custom-Made Items: For custom-made items, the current delivery time is approximately 12 weeks, subject to change without notice. It is recommended that you order custom-made items a minimum of 12 weeks in advance (24 weeks is recommended), as we will not be held responsible or liable for any delays. Orders made with less than the full 12 weeks notice, will be considered a 'rush order', and subject to a 10% rush order fee. Rush orders are possible up to 4 weeks before you require the items, however they are subject to availability, and we will not be held responsible or liable for any delays. Once we receive the custom-made item from our suppliers, we will aim to post this to you within the next business day, once full payment for the items have been received and confirmed.
NOTE: Items remain the property of Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams", until they have been paid for in full. We take no responsibility for delays or errors by Australia Post, once items have been released from Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" Head Office. If an item is returned to us for any reason, such as incorrect mailing details supplied by you, we reserve the right to charge an additional postage fee to re-send the item to you.
NOTE: Items generally are posted or delivered 'flat packed', which means that they may require pressing or steaming to remove any creases from the garment. This is at the buyers expense and risk, if required.

Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted or processed, except in special circumstances. Please contact us if you have any issues with your purchase, and we will endeavour to rectify the issue as soon as possible. Failure to contact us within 24 hours after placing the order, may result in a re-stocking fee if the order has already been placed with our suppliers. In-stock items, special orders, and standard size custom-made items are subject to a re-stocking fee of 25%. Custom-size (made-to-measure) custom-made items are subject to a re-stocking fee of 50%.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you simply change your mind, you may exchange the item for another item (minus the re-stocking fee), or have a credit code applied (minus the re-stocking fee), provided that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item, stating your name, contact details, invoice number, reason why you are returning the item, and any other instructions on resolving the issue. In-stock, special orders, and standard size custom-made items are subject to a re-stocking fee of 25% if returned or exchanged. Custom-size (made-to-measure) custom-made items are subject to a re-stocking fee of 50% if returned or exchanged. Any free gifts supplied will also be required to be returned, or else the full price for these items will be charged, and amount deducted from the refund amount. You are asked to pay any outstanding balances remaining, once the re-stocking fee and new order subtotal has been applied to your account. Failure to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, or failure to pay the re-stocking fee within 72 hours of notifying us of the request for exchange, will mean that the goods are deemed to be accepted by the buyer, in as is condition, as per these terms. If you choose to exchange the item for another item of lesser value, and the price (including the re-stocking fee) is less than what you originally paid, you will be issued with a credit code, which will be applied to your account. If returning an item, it will need to be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in brand new condition in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the item. A replacement item or credit code will only be issued, once the original item has been returned, inspected, and accepted to be in new condition, and once full payment has been made for the new item (if applicable), and once the re-stocking fee has been paid. We recommend that you return the item through traceable mail, as we will not be held responsible if the items go missing in transit. Postage for returns and exchanges will be at the buyers expense. If you find that an item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, stating your name, contact details, invoice number, reason why/how it is faulty, and any other instructions on resolving the issue. We will arrange to inspect the item at no cost to you. If the item is confirmed faulty, we will repair the item for free, or exchange the item for another of the same type, at no cost to you. If the item is not faulty, we will request that you pay the relevant postage costs associated with collecting and returning the item. If it is not faulty, the item will not be re-issued until full payment has been received. Please note that it may take 1-5 weeks to repair or re-order an item, depending on availability.
Lingerie and Gowns "Dreams" offer a FULL MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE OR FULL EXCHANGE GUARANTEE on all of our items, if they arrive considerably different to what is described, or if they don't do what they are supposed to do. Considerable differences include wrong colour, wrong size, wrong material, wrong style, etc to what you have requested. For some custom-made items, we may be able to provide you with photographic images of the item before it is delivered, so you can confirm that it is correct (subject to availability). In this situation, if photos have been supplied, once you have confirmed that you are happy with the photo of your custom-made item, no further changes will be made, and this guarantee will no longer apply.
If you wish to return an item under the Full Money Back Guarantee, or Full Exchange Guarantee, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, and include detailed photos and descriptions, showing us how the colour, material, style, or size is incorrect. You will also be required to have the item re-measured to confirm that the size requested is accurate. The item will then need to be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in brand new condition in its original packaging within 7 days. Lingerie and Gowns reserve the right to check your claims and re-measure the item. Any free gifts supplied will also be required to be returned, or else the full price will be charged, and amount deducted from the refund amount. A refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been returned and inspected, confirmed it is in new condition, and confirmed that your claims are correct. If Lingerie and Gowns deem the item to be correct as per your order, a postage fee to return the item may apply, and the guarantee will not apply
NOTE: Complimentary (free) gifts are not included in the guarantee, as they are subject to variation and availability. For Custom-Size (custom-made) items, this guarantee only applies if the item has not been made to the measurements provided by the buyer. It does not apply if you have simply recorded or taken the measurements incorrectly, or if your weight has changed since taking the measurements, or if it doesn't fit correctly, or if it doesn't suit your body shape. Please allow for slight variations in products, in regards to slight colour differences (due to monitor resolution, differences in dye etc), and allow for slight variations in custom-made items as the beading, handiwork, and embroidery are all unique and done by hand. Please also allow variations in style, especially when an item has been custom-designed, or made according to a photo, description or drawing.
